Rodent

Fun fact! Beavers are rodents, but rabbits and hares are no longer considered rodents. Rabbits, hares, and pikas now belong to the order "lagomorpha" instead of "rodentia". One key difference is that lagomorphs have four upper incisor teeth for gnawing while rodents only have two upper incisor teeth. Lagomorphs also have a more varied diet (shush you who point out how cannibalistic rats are and that squirrels eat baby birds in the spring), rodents tend to have long tails, it is often essential to a lagomorphs diet to eat their droppings, and lagomorphs do not have paw pads.
